Elections
The terms of 6 board members have expired. The nominees for the 6 seats are: Mary Beth Lanza, Bob Daly, Cheryle Francis, John Mastriano, Sue Hansen & Audrey Winzinger. No nominations were heard from the floor. Motion by Troy, 2nd by Cheryll to accept the nominated slate for terms which will end in January 2014. Motion approved.

PHSA Recognition of New Show
A request has been presented for PHSA recognition of two breeding shows to be held on November 26 & 27, 2011. Discussion on the request. Motion by John, 2nd by Diane to approve the date application. 2 votes against, 11 votes for the motion. Motion approved.

Correspondence
The board has received an email from the parent of a member who wishes to offer help with increasing membership. Audrey will invite her to the next board meeting.
