Attending: Bob Daly, Diane Daly, Cheryll Francella, Gaye Goldemen, Corey Golden, Sue Hansen, Doris MacDonald, John Mastriano, Audrey Winzinger
Absent: Liz Arbittier, Cheryle Francis, Barbara Miller, Shannon Muldoon
The Board considered two Bylaw changes.Motion by Bob Daly to increase the total quantity of Board members to 15. Second by Sue Hansen. Motion unanimously approved.
Motion by Bob Daly to increase the Board member term to three years; however, the 15 board members that will be elected at the upcoming PHSA Annual Meeting will be elected for staggered terms with 5 board members being elected for a one year term, 5 board members being elected to a two year term and 5 board members being elected to a three year term.
